Can I get a refund after completing the entire course?
Generally no, but we may consider refunds for completed courses if there were significant quality issues or if the course content was substantially different from what was advertised.
What happens to my certificates if I get a refund?
All certificates and course completion records are revoked upon refund approval. If you re-enroll later, you'll need to complete the course again to earn certification.
Can I switch to a different course instead of getting a refund?
Yes! Within the first 30 days, you can request to transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value. Additional payment may be required for higher-priced courses.
Do you offer refunds for gift purchases?
Gift purchases follow the same refund policy. The recipient has 30 days from when they first access the course (not from the purchase date) to request a refund.
What if I'm not satisfied with just one module of a course?
We cannot provide partial refunds for individual modules. However, we encourage you to contact our support team to address specific concerns about course content or quality.
